Still awaiting delivery 16 days now. Not responding to messages. Don't waste your money here!!!!!!! Eventually received my order 4 weeks after ordering. Received refund of delivery charge. I would still NOT recommend this company. Look them up on Trustpilot!

I have still not received my order 16 days after it was paid for. Communication is shocking and I keep getting cut off when I try to call. Emails are not being answered. Very disappointed 😞 can somebody get in touch with me for my refund. I'm still waiting for my refund( 3.10.23) . Please can someone sort it. I'm still waiting for my refund (9.10.23) No-one is answering my calls or replying to my messages. Your customer service is shocking. I would like my refund sorting please or my order sending. Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. STAY WELL CLEAR! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Update...... (12/10/23) the money has still not gone into my account despite them showing me the receipt with refunded on. I'm asking them to show me which bank account the refund had gone into but I'm still waiting. Its NOT gone into my account. Terrible company. My next step is Trading standards. 13/10/23 Still no refund 😤 16/10/23 Still no refund, I have now reported this to the fraud department. 17/10/23- Finally 38 days later my refund has been sent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

Ordered from them previously with no problem. This time have not received my order yet have been sent an email to say order completed, emailed multiple times, no one answers the phone. I will be turning up in person this week to get my order or a refund.

Any contact is ignored. I doubt I will ever receive the items which were for a birthday party. Avoid at all costs. Look them up on trust pilot and you will see more of the same experiences. I wish I had before ordering, but the website seems nice. Looking more and more like a scam imo.

Ordered my items on the 29th November based on their 3-5 days. Website easy to use and promises you a 3-5 day delivery. Happy to take payment, then fail on practically everything else. 1 package turned up with damaged items in it, 2 large tubs of Hot Chocolate, 1 tub emptied within the box, the second package is lost/not arrived and now too late to use as it was required for today/Sunday 10th for a charity event ! I had to do a last minute dash to a shop that was able to provide me with the items I paid for. Not unreasonable request to ask from your business or do you act this way because it’s easy for you to do ? No reply or excuses required. But you asked for a review so there you go.

Wish I had checked the reviews before my order, needed supplies for an event this week, ordered based on their 3-5 working day delivery time, however no update on my order whatsoever! cannot contact the company by phone, and their chat is absolutely useless not response! will never use this company again and not sure if I will even get my money back at this rate! Do not buy from them!!!

Used to be a decent company but ordered from them in december got an email saying it was ready to be collected on 18th, went on 20th and it clearly hadnt been picked, a woman then came down with the order form and went to pick the order, then came to the door saying one item was out of stock, she claimed they came in damaged but why would the add damaged stock to the website then email to say the order was ready, clearly given the products to someone else. Said they would refund, still no refund email, ive tried contacting on facebook and emails numerous times with no reply and seems there phone line is cut off. A joke really, next step seems im going have to drive back down to the company. Avoid and order from somewhere else
